Rental Agreement

Cabarrus Tote Rentals provides reusable moving tote rental and delivery only. The company does not provide moving, hauling, packing, loading, or transportation services.

Standard packages include a two-week rental period beginning on the confirmed delivery date. Additional rental time may be available for an added fee and must be arranged before the scheduled pickup date.

Customers are responsible for the totes and dollies while they are in their possession, including loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear. Replacement and damage charges are described in the Damage and Replacement Policy.

Delivery and pickup times are scheduled in advance. Customers must ensure the totes are emptied, closed, and accessible at the agreed pickup location and time.

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee availability. A reservation is confirmed only when Cabarrus Tote Rentals confirms the dates in writing.
