Realtor Partner Program Terms

Cabarrus Tote Rentals rents, delivers, and retrieves reusable moving totes and related rental equipment. The company does not provide moving, packing, loading, transportation, or hauling services. Clients remain responsible for packing and moving their own belongings.

Program participation requires an approved partner application. Cabarrus Tote Rentals may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate a partner account, including for misuse of credits, non-payment, or misrepresentation of a brokerage, team, or license.

Credit pricing, quantities, and plan inclusions are confirmed in writing before purchase. Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment provider. Card details are never entered or stored on this website. Disputed charges will be reviewed against the partner's purchase records.

Expiration dates, rollover of unused credits, refundability, and transferability depend on the partner plan selected and will be stated at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise in writing, credits are not redeemable for cash.

Sending a credit does not reserve inventory. Rental dates are confirmed only after Cabarrus Tote Rentals verifies availability for the client's address and dates. Delivery outside the standard service area may be declined or may carry additional delivery fees.

Clients may be responsible for any rental amount that exceeds the applied credit. Cancellation handling, remaining balances, and unused credit value follow the policy shown to the partner before purchase.

The client who signs the rental agreement is responsible for loss of or damage to totes, dollies, and other equipment beyond normal wear, as described in the Rental Agreement and the Damage and Replacement Policy.

Partners grant Cabarrus Tote Rentals permission to include the partner's name, logo, headshot, and brokerage details in co-branded client communications the partner requests. Either party may withdraw that permission in writing.

Partners confirm they have permission to share a client's contact information for the purpose of delivering a move credit. Program and client messages include instructions for stopping further messages.

Cabarrus Tote Rentals may modify program pricing, plan inclusions, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active partners before they take effect.
