Move Credit Terms

A move credit is a prepaid dollar amount or package allowance that can be applied to a Cabarrus Tote Rentals reservation. A credit is not cash, is not a bank product, and applies only to tote rental, delivery, and pickup services.

The recipient redeems a credit by selecting a rental package, requesting delivery and pickup dates, and applying the credit code or claim link during the reservation request. A reservation is final only after Cabarrus Tote Rentals confirms availability.

If the rental costs more than the credit, the recipient may pay the remaining balance. Treatment of unused credit value depends on the plan under which the credit was purchased and is disclosed before purchase.

Expiration terms, when applicable, are shown when the credit is purchased and sent. Credits are intended for the named recipient and may not be resold.

Cancellation and refund handling follows the Refund and Cancellation Policy in effect at the time of purchase. Credits are generally not redeemable for cash.

Credits may be redeemed for addresses within the confirmed service area. Extended delivery may be available at an additional charge, subject to distance and schedule.

The person who signs the rental agreement is responsible for the equipment during the rental period, including applicable loss or damage charges.
