Normal Wear

Minor scuffs and marks from regular use are expected and are not charged to the customer.

Damage

Totes or dollies that are cracked, broken, burned, or otherwise made unusable may be billed at the published replacement rate.

Lost or Unreturned Equipment

Equipment that is not returned at pickup may be billed at the published replacement rate. Continued possession beyond the rental period may result in additional rental charges.

Cleaning

Totes should be returned empty and free of debris. Excessive cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
